This is a campout for adventurous women. We provide the camp ground, tents, food gift bags and water equipment for all the adventures we go on. You bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. We provide everything else.

If you are not into camping – feel free to contact local hotels or arrange other lodging and join us back at the lake for the adventures.

Rent SUPs or kayaks for 2–4 hours at Quail Creek State Park. Water carpets, party SUPs, and fat bikes available—gear is lakeside, minutes from St. George and Zion National Park.

No equipment required outdoor fitness workout at Quail Lake. Wear shoes and train with hill sprints, pushups, strength, and endurance exercises, using the natural lakeside environment to challenge your body.
