Yoga on a Board! Yes, SUP yoga.
Experience the Bliss of Yoga on the water surrounded by the beauty of nature. Whether you are an experienced yogi or paddler, or if you just want to try something new, challenging and fun, this class is for everyone! Feel at ease while you are guided to move, balance and flow while being at one with your surroundings. Taught by a certified Stand Up Paddle Yoga instructor in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are 90 minutes and include warm up, flow, playtime, and guided meditation/savasana. Just $15 for the class for September and October 2016! Board rentals, if needed, are just $10 FOR THE WHOLE CLASS if using the add-on feature included here to reserve your board. Feel free to bring your own board or rent one from us.
