Yoga on a Board! Yes, SUP yoga.
Experience the Bliss of Yoga on the water surrounded by the beauty of nature. Whether you are an experienced yogi or paddler, or if you just want to try something new, challenging and fun, this class is for everyone! Feel at ease while you are guided to move, balance and flow while being at one with your surroundings. Taught by a certified Stand Up Paddle Yoga instructor in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are 90 minutes and include warm up, flow, playtime, and guided meditation/savasana. Just $15 for the class and Board rentals, if needed, are just $10 FOR THE WHOLE CLASS if using the add-on feature included here to reserve your board. Feel free to bring your own board or rent one from us. Joining us as our SUP Yoga instructor for the 2017 season are Kelly Oar, Michelle Ennis and Blanca Martineau. Vivacious Blanca loves to paddle and is a Yoga Instructor E-RYT200/500 YACEP. Michelle is a certified Personal trainer, Group fitness instructor for 10 years of all formats, private Yoga instructor for one on one clients, Paddlefit certified and has been teaching SUP Yoga for 6 years and owned her own fitness studio for 9 years before selling to focus on SUP fitness and Yoga.

Sunset Yoga classes on Quail Lake will begin June 7th - Thursday nights. We will plan around sunset times. Come early and register early to reserve your spot.
