We Have A New Fitness Schedule! 

SUP Yoga is a traditional Yoga class taught on Paddle boards focusing on breath, relaxation, fun and yoga postures. All our instructors are trained to instruct in all levels. Nothing beats Savasana on the water. Dig Owner Instructor Michelle Ennis, or by Certified Kooper, and Reed Bie.


SUP Fitness is a challenge paddle out using your heart rate to create intervals, standing or prone paddling,  as we add in strength training exercises that may be easier to do on land, but much more difficult to do on a 10 ft board. Taught by either Tamra or Michelle


SUP Pilates  

Paddle board Pilates is a fusion of core-strengthening Pilates exercises with the challenge of balancing on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). It takes traditional Pilates movements—like controlled breathing, core engagement, and slow, deliberate movements—and combines them with the instability of the water, making for an intense balance and stability workout.

Since the paddleboard constantly reacts to shifts in weight, the body has to engage more muscles than usual to maintain control, turning even simple Pilates exercises into a whole-body challenge. It’s a fantastic way to improve core strength, flexibility, and coordination, all while soaking in the beauty of nature.

Instructors:

Michelle Ennis is a certified Personal trainer, Group Fitness instructor, Paddlefit, and WPA certified coach and has been teaching SUP Yoga and fitness since 2011 and Group Fitness since 1995.  Michelle sold her fitness studio in 2017 to focus all her energy into SUP Yoga and Fitness with Dig Paddlesports. You can expect a relaxing morning or sunset class. You will leave refreshed, stress free, and ready come back for more. 


Tamra Stephenson has been a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer for over 18 years., with certifications in STOTT Pilates, AFAA PT certification. She also specializes in working with clients dealing with chronic illness and neurological conditions.  Tamra has been teaching for Dig Paddlesports since 2019, We joke that she can't stay quiet for long and that's why she teaches Pilates.

  • Dry bag. 10ML should be fine.
