Are you ready for an adrenaline-pumping, endurance-testing event like no other? The 24 Hour Miami Ultraskate is just around the corner, bringing together longboard enthusiasts from around the world for an epic 24 hours+ of skating, camaraderie, and unforgettable fun.
What Makes the Miami Ultraskate Special?
This event is not your average skateboarding competition. Imagine skating for a full 24 hours on a NASCAR speedway in Homestead, Florida, right on the edge of the breathtaking Everglades National Park. It's a unique experience that pushes participants to their limits, whatever they may be. Participants stage along the pit road garages and infield, attacking the track in a self-paced effort. Individual and relay competitors have one full day to see just how far they can ride, glide, and roll across automotive track asphalt and concrete.
Who Will You Meet at the Event?
You'll rub elbows with distance longboarding legends, get to meet the masterminds behind the event, and get to know sponsors like Hamboards and SUPSkate. G•Bomb, Loaded, and Pantheon usually have a strong presence there. Keep an eye out for CEO Don Sandusky on Monday afternoon/evening check-in, who will be there to support the event and interact with participants with SUP Skate Super Sprints. Let's see how fast you can burn a lap! Mingle and schmooze with athletes young and old, novice and expert, throughout Ultraskate.
What Can You Expect at the Ultraskate?
Ultraskate participants come from all walks of life, united by their love for longboarding. Whether you're into inline skating, quad skating, or longboarding (push, paddle, or both), there's a division for everyone to compete in. Expect friendly competition, a supportive atmosphere, and a true sense of community throughout the event. Dig has a few people each year that come all the way from Utah, and there have been athletes from Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Colombia (O gloria inmarcesible...), Venezuela, Brazil, and even CANADA!!! :D

What Gear Should I Use?
Take a look at the SUP Skate Endurance 45" here. a great board for pumping and paddling, SUP Skate Race Poles can be used with ANY board, and you can get more info here. Standard race tip may be replaced, and it may be alternated with the lightweight Mini Poi Pounder Tip, a favorite among Ultraskate athletes. We also have a 60" version of the Endurance, which is super-smooth.
