We have the perfect retreat for you! Come adventure with us in some of the most beautiful western country and natural wilderness you will ever experience. We are the premier Stand Up Paddleboard women’s retreat in Southern Utah. Enjoy the sanctuary and solitude of red cliffs, crystal waters and the most dazzling desert landscape you can imagine. Whether you are local, or traveling here for the first time, you will come away from this retreat feeling renewed and revitalized.


Included is a 90 min Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) lesson that includes paddle technique, water safety and skills for any level. We will also experience SUP Yoga on the lake. Other adventures to choose from: hiking in beautiful State and National Parks, Aerial yoga, workshops, and Pilates in Snow Canyon.

Michelle Ennis is a certified Personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor.  She is the founder and creator of Phazes 40/20 circuit training program and has been a fitness instructor for 27 years.  Michelle is the co-author of Dig Paddlesports' Coach/Guide Instruction Program, as well as certified in PADDLEFIT (a program that combines racing technique and fitness) and a WPA (World Paddling Association) certified coach. She has been teaching SUP Yoga and fitness since 2011. Five years ago, Michelle sold her fitness studio to focus all her energy into Standup Paddleboard Yoga and Fitness with Dig Paddlesports.

Tamra Stephenson has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 15 years. When faced with debilitating back pain and impending surgery, she decided to make changes and get healthy. She became a certified Pilates instructor, lost 40 lbs, healed her back (without surgery) and went on to get certified in STOTT Pilates (Stott is the premier certification instructors aspire to achieve).  In 2012 She was diagnosed with MS and decided to go to Arizona to get training for working with clients who have neurological disorders and chronic illness. She attributes how well she’s doing (despite her diagnosis) to living in sunny Southern Utah and her fitness. After that, she got licensed in High Fitness, TRX certification (suspension training system), Spin class certification and her personal training license (AFAA PT certification). In 2012 she combined her love of Pilates and paddleboarding. Tamra is DIG Instructor Paddle Pro. She loves sharing her love for the great outdoors and healthy living.
