Prana Portals Paddle out and Sound Bath
Dig Paddlesports is excited to announce a collaborative workshop with Breathmaster Ryan Bean, Rachel Prarie and Dig Paddle instructor Reed Bie.
Start with a short paddle clinic with Reed followed by a paddle out breath immersion experience lead by Ryan and a sound bath experience with Rachel, all while enjoying on the water on paddleboards. You will finish around sunset with the incredible golden glow of the hills that is so famous for Southern Utah.
Bring your own paddleboard or rent one from Dig at a discounted rate.

Meet your instructors:
Ryan is a Yogi, Navy Veteran that has been teaching yoga for 15 years, Author, TedX Speaker and Breath worker. Certified in Pranayama, Wim Hof Method, The Language of Breath Collective CoFounder, Psycehedlic Assisted Therapy Guide, and founder of Ketamine Breathwork. Ryan is a Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer and Retreat Leader. He is also the host of a mindful topics based podcast; "Life As An Observer."
With 20 years of experience as a wellness professional, Rachel Prairie is dedicated to helping people find freedom in their lives through optimal health. Rachel is owner and operator of Earth & Iron Wellness leading immersive wellness retreats, integrative health coaching, sound healing, personal training, and mountain day trips in Southern Utah. She is also Manager of Personal Training Operations for Anytime Fitness, the largest fitness franchise in the world, she trains trainers and provides operations, programs, technology, advocacy and services. Rachel competes in Strongman, loves animals, rocks, paddleboarding, music, hugs and being barefoot. She holds a number of accreditations including integrative health coaching, NASM certified personal trainer, pain-free performance, trauma informed weightlifting, functional aging, and recovery specialist.
Dig Paddlesports SUP Yoga instructor Reed is an outdoor enthusiast who has also been a rock climbing coach and white water rafting guide. Over the past decade Reed has personally experienced how yoga can cultivate mental resilience. He loves working with all levels of ability in his SUP Yoga classes including those stepping onto a board for the first time. He loves supporting others in their search for fun ways to engage with the natural environment and offers SUP Yoga as a delicate balance of calming the mind in a beautiful setting and challenging oneself.
